Is the Port Gardner Collection pet friendly?
One pet per unit is welcome at every building. When we get to know you, we'd like to get to know your pet too. An interview is required. While aggressive breed dogs can absolutely be lovely and kind, they may make others a bit uneasy. For that reason, we do restrict aggressive breeds and have some weight restrictions. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit plus $25/month for their rent. Yup, time for your furry friend to get a job!

About Skotdal Real Estate

The Skotdal family started out in the Northwest as many families in the 1890's did — Scandinavian immigrants working in the dairy industry. In the 1960's Art and Marianne Skotdal charted a new course: they decided to live on her teacher's salary and invest Art's earnings into real estate — all in their hometown of Everett. The couple purchased small apartment buildings and worked nights and weekends, scrubbing, painting and improving each of the properties.
